Start noticing the things you are grateful for.
In yourself, in others.
Say it, name it out loud. Allow it to be a connecting force.
Let it move beyond a thought and into something that can be felt.
Gratitude is a powerful way to reshape your mind and shift the energies you carry in your body.
This shift doesn’t happen because you ignore what’s hard, but because it redirects your attention toward what’s already here.
There’s a difference between thinking “I’m grateful for that” and your body truly knowing.
One stays in your head and can still feel supportive.
But the other softens your entire system.
When in doubt, return to your breath and body as your anchors, and find one small thing you are grateful for.
“The more grateful I am the more beautiful I see”
